Feather-and-slot gypsum blocks are used in low-rise construction and for erecting internal partitions in industrial, administrative and residential building.

A feather and a slot on the block’s top and bottom horizontal surfaces ensure an excellent bond between the masonry blocks and considerably reduce assembly time. Each block has two open-end cavities which make the complete partition a lightweight structure. With the blocks erected, the cavities form enclosed air voids which can be filled with efficient insulants (expanded clay, mineral wool, polyurethane foam, etc.). Filling these voids with heavy concrete makes possible making any load-bearing structures.

The gypsum mortar, used as adhesive, is produced by the Company. It is characterized by a considerable water holding capacity and ensures strong bonding with a minimum adhesive layer of 2-3 mm. Rated adhesive consumption is 30 kg per cubic meter of blocks.
